[sdiy] VCAs in FPAAs paper in JAES

I evaluated Anadigm FPAAs about 15 years ago. I was unimpressed. My
opinion on the FPAA technology since then is that the applications are
better served in the digital domain.
And I'll never read Aaron's paper. It's $33 behind the AES pay wall.
