[sdiy] How Do You Join The List?

Now that you mention it, Gmail and perhaps others don't show that (or
signature lines or previous text below top-posting) automatically,
just the "..." link that I rarely bother to click on, as I assume I've
seen any info there in previous messages, so I usually don't see the
info tagged onto the end of messages. This is yet another
disappointing "feature" of modern email that leads to off-topic
discussions such as this one.
