A very popular video game series was Guitar Hero/Rock Band. They’re clearly trying to snag players of those games who want a little more depth than using a toy. Adding an educational aspect to a commercially successful gaming concept seems like a pretty solid business model. Also pretty boring for experienced players/synthesists, but if it brings joy to people I’m for it. I like fondue, ice cream, bbq’s, and hot tubs..never tried an indoor trampoline but they always looked fun.
