Roman > What was the chip they refer to as the one failing regularly?

I believe it was the TL074s. I had a couple of Voyagers in my repair 
shop that came back several times with duff TL074s. It wasn't the whole 
chip, just one op-amp out of the four - I don't remember whether it was 
the same one though. Very frustrating.

Later I heard that Moog had worked out that there was a whole batch of 
chips failing in the field.
