[sdiy] 2164 tempco in VCF applications

If you’ve got memories and polyphony, you’ve probably got a “tune” button which makes the tempco somewhat less necessary. The Prophet T8 and Xpander don’t bother, for example (unless there’s a tempco resistor in there somewhere I’ve not spotted).
