[sdiy] Any noise avantage to parallel 2164 VCAs?

I wouldn't bother.  I did tie two 2164s together in parallel in a very early
iteration of the Quadra design, and I seem to remember the outputs
interacting in strange ways.  I may have done something else wrong.
