So you only have to add these numbers? Maybe this is a goofy suggestion, but can’t you setup an Excel spreadsheet with 64 columns, one for each bit? Shouldn’t be too hard to recreate a 1-bit full adder in an Excel formula. Maybe you need another 64 columns for the carry bits.
When I work with Excel, I often think of the saying, if your only tool is a hammer, every problem looks like a nail…
