I don't think there's any ethical concern about sharing the ROM image of a long out-of-production machine, for the purposes of being able to program a replacement CPU for repair purposes.
It's not like you're making a cheap knock-off of an entire synth in current production, using Chinese slave labour to massively undercut the price of the same machine assembled by people with human rights and a decent standard of living.
Or infringing on the trademarks of a synth legend to promote another shameless knock-off of their work on the basis that patents and copyright protection have expired...
