[sdiy] Tying down unused Transistor pins?

Is there a potential for bad things to happen if I connected all pins of a fully isolated Tx to the -ve rail?

...or to re-phrase that...

Would a data sheet specifically mention that Tx pair/array shared a common-substrate in all cases?
