[sdiy] Protected PAL/GAL reading service?

I have a couple 16L8 PALs I need the contents of.  Can anyone recommend a
service for doing this sort of recovery?

I have most of what I'd need to do it myself, but in the interest of time
I figured I'd see how much a place would charge to do it for me.
