In fairness, even a straight wire will have some inductance. When current flows it sets up a magnetic field around the conductor, it's physics. 

Inductive reactance being given by 2*pi*f*L, we have 6.28*0.0000233 times our frequency. So I figure at 20kHz that's 2.93 ohms of reactance. Impedance is the sum of DC resistance, capacitive reactance, and inductive reactance. In the situation of the resistor, the inductive reactance is very small compared to the DC resistance element. 

Be mindful of wirewound resistors, they will have greater inductance.
