I'm not sure you met the minimum order.  It's not based on pieces but on
dollar amount.  I believe it is $2,000.  Since the 2164s get pretty cheap in
large quantities (like $1 per) you might have been well under the minimum
order.

We are in the same business (although probably not as well known) and have
no trouble.  However, at one point, Danjel asked if a sample of a certain
chip could be thrown in with an order worth about $10k, and they flatly
refused.  So, not the most helpful company around, for sure.
