[sdiy] mosfet/cmos opamp

My favorite, the oldest, classic types are CA3130/CA3160, fully MOS 
input-CMOS output, high speed OPamps.
MOS input-bipolar output type is cA3140.
Though they are very old types and nearly discontinue but very useful 
and unique.
