iCircuit has many limitations as you'd expect but does what it's supposed to do very well.  I've only spent a few hours with it so far and I can see it being useful.  It's a bit of a faff scrolling on the small screen on the iPhone so I suppose it would be better on an iPad - I'll try it and let you know.  Certainly worth the $9.99!
