This is true.

Use bigger than 100uF caps only in power supplies. Using them in separate
CPU cards or analogue cards is needless, unless the CPU is Pentium or the
analogue design is a power amplifier :) 33uF is enough. Using bigger than
100uF caps is just wasting money and space.
